The exponential function will be decreasing and very steep with a y-intercept at 1000. Because the constant function y = 75 is less than 1000, the intersection point must occur in Quadrant I. Since the exponential function is strictly positive, we can set Ymin = 0. We need to set Ymax somewhat higher than the constant function at y = 75. Adjust the WINDOW settings as shown and graph the two functions. |
