For the inverse cotangent function, we will again have to use the inverse of the reciprocal function (tangent) with the reciprocal argument. Return to the function editor and replace the inverse sine with the inverse tangent function, and leave the argument as 1/x. We can leave the window settings as is. Graph the function.

Observe that the domain is (-infinity, 0)U(0, infinity), and the range is (-pi/2, 0)U(0, pi/2). This is most likely not in agreement with the definition of the arccotangent function from your textbook.
