Since a vertical line is not a function, it cannot be graphed. However, a vertical line can be drawn using the DRAW Vertical command. Enter the command from the Home screen, followed by the x-intercept of the line.

Let's draw the vertical line x = 5.

 2nd QUIT key. CLEAR key.

 2nd DRAW key. 4: menu selection. 5 ENTER key.

Because the vertical line is a drawing, it cannot be traced, nor can the CALC features be used on it.
