We are now ready to perform some operations with these matrices. All arithmetic operations are computed on the Home screen. Let's begin by finding the sums A + B and A + C. The name symbols for the matrices are located in the NAMES submenu of the MATRX menu.

 2nd QUIT key. CLEAR key.

An error message results with the second example because matrix A and C are not the same size, therefore addition is undefined. Select choice 1: Quit.
