To find the coordinates of the relative minimum, use the CALC minimum command. You will answer the same three questions. To set the Left Bound, enter any value of x near but a little to the left of the minimum. The Right Bound can be any value of x near but a little to the right of the minimum. For the Guess, use a value of x that is close to the minimum point itself.

We used a left bound of 3, a right bound of 7, and a guess of 5. The relative minimum occurs at approximately (4.637, 4.085).
