To find the direction angle for a vector, we will use another conversion command in the ANGLE menu. Let's find the direction angle for the vector <5, -3>. The result, since it will be an angle, will depend upon what mode the calculator is in (radian or degree). First, we will find the angle in radians. Be sure the calculator is in Radian mode, then enter the RtoPθ command. |
