As a third option for converting a complex number from rectangular to polar form, we can use a couple of commands from the ANGLE menu. The only difference is that we must enter the complex number as an ordered pair. That is, a + bi would be entered as (a, b). Let's use our same complex number, , to try this method. We will find the modulus first using the RtoPr command. |
