The inequality sin[(2pi/365)(x-121)]+(1/2) < 0 means that the graph of Y1 must lie below the x-axis. Looking at the graph, we observe this is true if x is to the left of 70.6 or to the right of 313.9. So, the solution set (in interval notation) is approximately [0, 70.6)U(313.9, 365).
